Dr. John Youssef
Dr. john youssef, MD
Dr. Youssef completed his undergraduate degree at Binghamton University with honors and went on to receive his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Youssef is board certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology. He joined Regional Hematology Oncology Associates in 2006. He conducts St. Mary’s Thoracic Oncology and Breast Cancer conferences. He has expertise in a wide variety of cancers as well as hematologic diseases. Dr. Youssef is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and American Society of Hematology (ASH). He resides in Bucks County with his wife and family and enjoys sports and traveling.
Dr. Carlin McLaughlin
Dr. Carlin McLaughlin, DO, FACOI
Dr. Carlin J. McLaughlin is a renowned champion for patients. His compassionate approach reflects a unique appreciation of the diverse ways cancer impacts a patient and their families. He received a degree in Biology from Gettysburg College, and a medical degree with honors in Radiology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. McLaughlin served his internship and residency at Delaware Valley Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, where he received honors as Chief Resident and Resident of the Year. He completed a fellowship at Hematology and Oncology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. McLaughlin has conducted research in the treatment of malignant melanoma, and continues to be actively engaged in clinical research. He is a published author and noted educator and has received the Patients’ Choice Recognition Award in 2008 and TOP 10 Doctors in 2012. Board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology, he is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Dr. McLaughlin has a private practice with Regional Hematology Oncology Associates in Langhorne, PA.
Dr. Venkataraman Rajagopalan
Dr. Venkataraman Rajagopalan, MD
Dr. Venkataraman Rajagopalan was born in India. After finishing his residency in Internal Medicine in India, he spent two years in England and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of UK. He completed his fellowship in Hematology Oncology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 1991 and was on staff at Texas A & M School of Medicine until 1995. Along with Dr. Mclaughlin and Dr. Michael Mann he founded Regional Hematology Oncology Associates in 1998 and he has taken care of patients in Bucks County since. During his career he has been involved in clinical and laboratory research and has published several peer reviewed articles in reputable journals. Dr. Raj resides in Bucks County with his family. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing tennis.
Dr. Youval Katz
Dr. Youval Katz, MD, MS
Dr. Katz was born in Israel, but has lived in the Philadelphia area since age five after his family moved to South Jersey. He earned his Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and obtained his Master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Pennsylvania the following year. He graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2005, then completed his Internal Medicine residency at Temple University Hospital in 2008. He finished his Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in Camden in June 2011. During his fellowship, he published a paper examining the role of maintenance chemotherapy in lung cancer and continues to conduct research in this disease. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology.
Dr. Katz was thrilled to return with his family to his Philadephia roots when he joined RHOA in July 2013, after spending 2 years working in a community practice in Connecticut, just outside of Mystic.
Stacy Moore
Stacy Moore, CRNP
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
Stacy has been a registered nurse since 2005. She started her career at St. Mary Hospital on the oncology floor and also worked as a chemo nurse in our infusion center. While working full time as an RN, she continued her education at Gwynedd-Mercy College with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2010. With her extensive oncology background, Stacy works closely with the physicians to help manage patients through their oncologic course from chemotherapy side effects through active surveillance.

Practice Administrator
Cheryl has been with our office for 20+years. She is a certified medical oncology coder/biller. She is a member of the Premier Hematology Oncology Society and the AAPC. She started her medical billing career in 1978 at Delaware Valley Hospital and has worked her way through the ranks to become the Practice Administrator.
Laura Leyden
Laura Leyden, RN
RN Manager
Laure Leyden is an Oncology Certified Nurse with over 25 years of experience in Hematology and Oncology. She graduated from Frankford Hospital School of Nursing and Pennsylvania State University. Her commitment to patient care and love of Oncology has enabled her to build a strong team of compassionate committed nurses at RHOA.
